1. Same-Day Dispatch Cutoff
Orders received before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are packaged and dispatched from our logistics centers the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or observed national holidays will be shipped the following business morning.
2. Heavy & Oversized Hardware Handling
Heavy items such as large laser multi-function printers, multi-ream cases of 20lb/28lb paper, and dual-chamber tempered glass desktop cases (e.g. Lian Li O11, NZXT H5) are securely packaged in reinforced double-walled corrugated shipping cartons with anti-static foam to ensure zero impact during transit.
3. Tracking Your Shipment
Immediately once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking number (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). You can also look up live updates any time directly on our Track Your Order Page.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
All outbound shipments from OmniStore Tech are fully insured against transit loss or carrier mishandling. In the rare event that a package arrives crushed or pierced, refuse delivery with the carrier or snap photos and email our customer logistics desk at shipping@omnistoretech.com within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
